Strategic Property Management Inc. does a great job and I highly recommend them for anyone looking to rent out their property. I have used them for the past two and a half years and have nothing but good things to say about them. Living 1000 miles from the property it is comforting to know that they had everything under control. They have a good relationship with area contractors that gets the fair price when something needs to be repaired and it gets done quickly and right.
