Good property management team. They are quick to get to any issues in home that need repair or fixing and are easy to deal with on a personal level. They are very fair and professional. I’ve rented a home for 3 years with them and I have never really had a bad experience. Lindsay and Jaime have both been great and are both excellent at communicating anything that needs to be addressed and keeping me informed.

Strategic Property Management Inc. does a great job and I highly recommend them for anyone looking to rent out their property. I have used them for the past two and a half years and have nothing but good things to say about them. Living 1000 miles from the property it is comforting to know that they had everything under control.
